PlumbSavings is a small family-owned business.
I am Terry Hess and plumbing has been in our family for 3 generations. My Grandfather, Orlin Hess “Pop,” was a pipefitter during world war 2 at the Long Beach shipyards and a plumbing contractor for the rest of his life. My father, Terry Hess Senior was also a plumber all his life and still does some plumbing at 80 years old! So, I guess I can say plumbing is in my blood after working in the plumbing industry for almost 40 years.

I started in the plumbing business after I went to college at the University of Utah. I married my wife Lorie Hess before I went to the University of Utah, we have been married for 43 wonderful years and have 5 amazing children together and 9 beautiful grandchildren. In 1982 my dad owned his own plumbing business along with my Uncle Jim and they offered me a plumbing job after I came back from school.
My father and I started our own plumbing business, Tri-Lakes, Plumbing back in 1990. In the past, we solely did plumbing construction for only new homes back then. After the 2006 housing crash people were not building new homes and the new construction industry was deeply affected by the recession so I started my repair, remodel, new construction Plumbing business “PlumbSavings” which is a DBA of Tri-Lakes Plumbing.

My family is very competitive. I was fortunate to play football at the University of Utah and also coached High school football when my boys played at some of the local high schools.
My 5 children either played football or Volleyball and all 5 received All CIF first-team awards and some received the most valuable player awards for Riverside county. Our oldest Terry C. Hess is a very successful Mortgage Broker/ Real Estate agent in Seal Beach. Our second son Tyler Hess attended the Air force Academy and now is a Lt. Colonel in the Air Force and works at the Pentagon in Washington DC. Our third Son Tate Hess lives right around the corner from us in Murrieta. He is a High School PE Coach and also has his own sports training business, he trains many athletes in the valley and has seen many of his athletes go on to get College scholarships and be successful at the High School level. Our daughter Tiffany Hess Holstege just finished her Doctorate Degree this year and is an Occupational Therapist. Our 5th Son Troy Hess is currently attending BYU in Provo Utah and is majoring in Bio-Chemistry and is thinking of going to med school after college.

Our family knows how to be competitive and do the best job we can in any situation or at any job to uphold our honest reputation, starting with the example of the hard work our “Pop” did so many years ago at the Long Beach shipyards during World War 2. Our customers know they can trust us to do their plumbing job right for a fair price. Some plumbers charge too much and take advantage of people in the community. Our customers know they can trust us to deliver top quality work at a very fair price. We treat our customers like family and have many returned customers because of the quality work we do.

We hope to serve you with any of your plumbing needs that we offer and gain your trust as many of our returned customers have.
